Module Debug Tools Messaging

Description

This describes the messages that need to be implemented. In order, you should implement the following:

• getFeatures - this occurs immediately to determine which feature set the platform supports
• getRemoteResource - read an individual resource
• updateResource - used to update/override a resource
• getTabs - a way for the application to query for open tabs
• onTabsUpdated - a subscription to allow
